The maximum deadline for submitting an incident report is 30 calendar days from the date it was sent.

Return and Abandonment Policy:

Package Abandonment:
To ensure efficient management of abandoned packages, we have established the following policy:
- Shipments that remain pending cross-border freight for up to 5 business days due to non-payment or missing documents such as the commercial invoice or purchase receipt required to complete the process will not incur storage charges.
- Starting on the 6th, storage fees of 17 MXN + VAT per day will be applied. This fee will accumulate for a total of 30 calendar days. After this period, the merchandise will be considered abandoned due to unpaid storage costs and the owner's lack of interest, with no possibility of recovery.
