Once we receive your merchandise, we begin the import process within 1 to 2 business days, then we document your package for final delivery within a period of NO more than 8 business days.

Inspection and Packaging: We conduct a professional inspection of each item before shipment. If during this inspection it is found that the item or product does not meet appropriate internal or external packaging standards, we are committed to providing the necessary packaging to ensure the integrity of the merchandise. We also provide the necessary tamper-evident markings to ensure the safety of the shipment during its transit with the third-party service.
Seguro de Transporte Opcional: Para brindar a nuestros clientes la tranquilidad que merecen, ofrecemos un Seguro de Transporte opcional con el cual garantizamos la entrega segura de todos los productos enviados a través de nuestro servicio. En caso de que un paquete se pierda, sea robado o llegue dañado, el cliente tendrá derecho a un reembolso completo del valor declarado del envío. (Sujeto a los términos y condiciones de nuestra Política de Reembolso). Es importante que nuestros clientes lean y comprendan completamente nuestra política para asegurar una experiencia satisfactoria en caso de cualquier eventualidad durante el transito de la mercancía.
Apoyo Integral en Caso de Incidencias: Entendemos que algunos clientes pueden optar por no adquirir el Seguro de Transporte. Sin embargo, si se detecta que la empresa de logística contratada por nosotros es responsable de alguna incidencia, nos comprometemos a brindar un apoyo integral al cliente afectado. Esto incluye la búsqueda de soluciones alternativas, la compensación por los daños sufridos y la gestión de cualquier reclamación ante la empresa de logística correspondiente.

- Handling and Maneuvers: Includes all activities related to the physical handling of cargo during transit. It covers loading, unloading, temporary storage, and specialized handling of goods, with the goal of ensuring that products are transported safely and efficiently at all times.
- Impuesto Aduanal: En el caso de que su envío esté sujeto a impuestos aduaneros, calculamos y tabulamos estos costos de acuerdo con las regulaciones establecidas por el SAT. Es importante destacar que nuestra empresa no obtiene ni busca obtener beneficios de este elemento presupuestado.
- Honorarios Aduanales: En consonancia con las normativas aduaneras, consideramos en casos específicos los honorarios asociados con los trámites y servicios aduanales necesarios para el despacho de su mercancía.
- Transport Insurance: Although optional, we offer a Transport Insurance policy to provide you with greater peace of mind and protection in case of any eventuality during the transit of your merchandise.
- Domestic Freight: We carefully select the domestic transportation option that guarantees timeliness, safety, and at the same time represents significant savings.

Yes, we list the prohibited items below:
- Human corpses, organs or body parts, human and animal embryos, cremated or exhumed human remains.
- Explosives.
- Items that resemble a bomb.
- Firearms, weapons and their parts.
- Bump stocks and other rapid-fire triggers.
- Ghost weapons.
- Any firearm or other weapon manufactured using a three-dimensional printing machine.
- Three-dimensional printing machines designed, or operating exclusively, for the manufacture of firearms.
- Perishable foodstuffs, foods and beverages that require refrigeration or other environmental control.
- Living animals, including insects.
- Animal, insect, and pet carcasses, as well as taxidermy-prepared hunting trophies or fully processed (dried) specimens of whole animals or animal parts.
- Plants and plant material, including cut flowers.
- Lottery tickets, gambling devices.
- Money (coins, cash, paper money and negotiable instruments equivalent to cash, such as subscribed shares, bonds and bills of exchange).
- Pornographic and/or obscene materials.
- Hazardous waste, including, but not limited to, used hypodermic needles or syringes being transported for sterilization, recycling, disposal, or any other purpose, or other medical waste.
- Shipments that require us to obtain any special license or permit for transport and importation.
- Shipments or goods whose transport or import is prohibited by any law, statute or regulation.
- Counterfeit goods, including, but not limited to, those bearing a trademark that is identical or substantially indistinguishable from a registered trademark, without the approval or supervision of the owner of that registered trademark (also commonly referred to as “counterfeit goods” or “knockoffs”).
- Tobacco and tobacco products, including, but not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, loose tobacco, smokeless tobacco, hookah, or shisha.
- E-cigarettes and their components, any other similar devices that rely on vaporization or aerosols, and any non-combustible liquid or gel, regardless of the presence of nicotine, that can be used with any of these devices. (Effective March 1, 2021)
- Marijuana, which includes marijuana intended for recreational or medicinal use and marijuana-derived cannabidiol (“CBD”); any product containing tetrahydrocannabinol (“THC”); and synthetic cannabinoids.
- Raw or unrefined hemp plants, or their subparts and derivatives (including, but not limited to, hemp stems, leaves, oils, flowers, and seeds, and hemp-derived CBD).
- Any substance that has not been approved for medical use by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and has also been included on the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration's list of drugs or chemicals of concern, including, but not limited to, kratom and Salvia divinorum.
- Shipments whose declared value for customs purposes exceeds the limit allowed for a specific destination.
- Dangerous goods in general.
- Products of wild fauna and flora that require authorization.
